Community-based research presented at science symposium | College of the Atlantic
We community-based science! College of the Atlantic students shared posters and academic research at the annual Acadia Science Symposium, a forum hosted by the National Park Service and the Schoodic Institute to promote networking and learning among regional scientists, educators, students, and others working in a range of fields.
"COA researchers are one of the most common species of scientist in Acadia, so it's important to have them participate and share their work," says Schoodic Institute President and CEO Nicholas Fisichelli. "Thank you for helping to better understand ongoing change in the park.”
