The Town of Blue Hill has reopened the search for the position of Town Administrator. The Select Board is seeking candidates with prior general management experience, and/or experience as a municipal Manager or Administrator. A job description is available on the Town website.
Background and/or experience in the following are desired: budget/finance; human resources; capital project management; long range planning; public works; grant writing; solid waste, waterfront issues; successful collaboration. Leadership and organizational skills, excellent written, digital and oral communications, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are required. Comfort working in the public realm is essential.
Candidates with relevant combinations of experience and education are encouraged to apply. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
