Do you feel that warmth in the air? Spring is starting to arrive here in Acadia!
Melting snow and warming temperatures mean more opportunities for fun activities like hiking and picnicking. However, these changing conditions also mean more opportunities to encounter ticks when spending time outdoors.
Ticks are most prevalent in Acadia from late spring to early fall, but it is not too early to protect yourself. There are many simple things you can do to help limit your exposure to these pesky arachnids!
