On Friday, March 14, former Deer Isle-Stonington High School standout Kaylee Morey’s current college team, the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Shepherd Rams.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 9 a.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Wayne State Warriors.
