Maine Maritime men’s lacrosse was picked as the favorite in the 2023 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) men’s lacrosse preseason poll.
 
Maine Maritime was picked to defend their 2022 NAC Title with 91 points and five first place votes. SUNY Delhi followed with 83 points and three first place votes, while SUNY Poly and SUNY Canton tied for third with 75 points.
 
Husson University rounded out the top five with 62 points. MCLA took sixth with 45 points, while SUNY Cobleskill closely followed with 38.
 
Thomas College, Cazenovia and NVU-Lyndon rounded out the 2023 poll with 34, 27, and 20 points respectively.
