On Friday, March 6, Grace Jaffray, a former standout at Ellsworth High School, saw her current team, the JWU Providence Wildcats, defeated 62-46 by the Southern Maine Huskies in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest, which tipped off at 5:15 p.m., marked the Wildcats’ first faceoff with the Southern Maine Huskies in the tournament, and took place at Morrell Gymnasium.
