College of the Atlantic mourns the passing of Henry Sharpe, a life trustee of the college, a long-time active member of the board, and half of the duo responsible for endowing the COA Sharpe-McNally Chair in Green and Socially Responsible Business. “Henry was one of the most generous supporters of COA in the history of the college,” said COA President Darron Collins ’92. “He was a remarkable man and, although his hearing failed him in his later years, he was smart, witty, cheerful, and fun across his days on this planet. What a great man. He will be missed.”

Our condolences go out to Henry’s family in this difficult time.
