There was a single gas station in cities across Hancock County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.97 per gallon in the week ending Dec. 14, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Hancock County was $4.01 per gallon.
Of the 41 reported gas stations in cities within Hancock County, six offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in Maine was $3.97, compared to $3.98 the week before.
